Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dog & cat grooming technician or similar role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift large dogs over 60 pounds.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Brush and detangle or remove matted fur.
• Bathe dogs & cats and dry coat.
• Execute a variety of clipping techniques and style requests.
• Examine for parasites or other skin conditions.
• Trim nails.
• Ensure the safety of dogs & cats at all times.
• Express Anal Glands.
• Adhere to strict sanitary and cleaning procedures.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with pet owners.

We are searching for an experienced Pet Groomer with an established clientele base to join the team. If you are tired of working in a drama filled, uncomfortable and/or corporate environment, we are a family run, super established North Florida mom 'n pop that has been in business for over four decades.
