Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to own routes, deliver top‑tier service, and build lasting relationships with customers in the New York area. You will execute pest control tasks, document services, and provide recommendations for ongoing protection while representing a growing company with leadership development opportunities.

Compensation includes competitive hourly pay with commission/bonus potential, paid training, and eligibility for performance-based raises after 90

Pay

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $23 - $25 per hour
• Additional Earning Potential: Commission and bonus opportunities

What is the job? - "A Day in the Life"

As a Pest Control Technician at Fox, you'll enjoy a great balance of independence and building meaningful relationships. You'll take ownership of your route, providing top‑tier service to customers while ensuring their unique pest control needs are met.

Each of your visits will include:

• Preparing the specific materials for that customer's unique needs
