McCready Law is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney licensed in Missouri for a primarily remote role serving the St. Louis market. You will take ownership of an established caseload, communicate with clients, and advance cases with the support of a well-resourced firm.
The position emphasizes independence with court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials when needed. A strong PI track record is expected.
Some of the best attorneys we hire are already successful where they are. They are not necessarily unhappy. They may simply be asking whether their current firm can provide the cases, support, technology, resources, and long-term opportunity they want for the next stage of their career.
McCready Law is expanding its Missouri practice and is looking for an experienced personal injury attorney who is ready to take ownership of an established caseload and practice with the support of a growing, well-resourced firm.
This is a primarily remote position based in the St. Louis market. You will step into an existing caseload consisting of both pre-litigation and litigation matters. You will not be expected to build a book of business in order to succeed here.

While your normal workday may primarily be remote, in-person attendance will be required when the practice calls for it, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, trials, significant client matters, and occasional Firm meetings.
Our attorneys are supported by a broad infrastructure that includes:

What We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level attorney position.
We value judgment, ownership, communication, curiosity, accountability, organization, and results. We can teach you our systems. We are looking for someone who already understands what it means to take responsibility for a personal injury case.
