The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PI experience, a JD, and SC Bar admission; you will guide clients, coordinate with paralegals and leadership, and prepare cases for litigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Experience handling auto wreck, motorcycle, premises liability, dog bite, trucking, or serious injury cases.
• Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate liability, causation, damages, and case value.
• Experience dealing with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and litigate.
• SC Bar admission is required.
