Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric care team. You’ll provide evidence-based assessments and treatments for children and families within a collaborative care model, across clinic, school, and telehealth settings.

We value mentorship of graduate students, clinician wellbeing, and ongoing professional growth, with dedicated time for planning and development and access to AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with current credentials.
• Minimum of 4+ years of clinical experience in pediatrics.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (English and another language).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team across pediatric care settings.
• Mentor students and partner with universities to supervise trainee clinicians.
