Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric outpatient team in Waynesville, NC. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment for children and families in a collaborative care model, while mentoring students and shaping our growing program.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus, competitive compensation, medical insurance, CE allowance, PTO, holidays, life insurance, and 401(k). A bilingual candidate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA with pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based interventions is desired.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and adolescents in a collaborative pediatric care model.
• Mentor graduate students and partner with universities to supervise student clinicians.
• Contribute to program development and best practices in pediatric OT.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
• Training in evidence-based interventions
• Bilingual skills are a plus
