Omega Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Marietta team. This role provides pediatric primary care, sick visits, and well-child care in a collaborative, physician-supported environment where your clinical judgment and ideas are valued.

The practice serves families across the Greater Atlanta area and emphasizes extended patient access, teamwork, and practical care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia APRN/NP license required.
• Pediatric NP certification or strong pediatric primary care experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of pediatric or family practice provider experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, family-centered approach.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric primary care, sick visits, well-child care, follow-ups, and patient education.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and document pediatric conditions within scope of practice.
• Order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Partner with physicians, clinical staff, and families to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient access, and clinic workflow initiatives.

Compensation & Schedule

• $55-$65 per hour, based on experience.
• Full-time opportunity.
• In-person role serving pediatric patients in Marietta.
