Your Role

A key part of your role will involve supporting new carers during shadow shifts, sharing procedures, best practices, and approaches. You’ll provide companionship by assisting with activities like meal preparation, shopping, or simply sharing a cup of tea and cake. You’ll also offer personal care assistance, supporting clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication. Your goal is to support individuals in staying independent at home while ensuring they feel connected, valued, and part of their community.

We provide care across the following areas: Newton Abbot, Bovey Tracey, Chudleigh, Chudleigh Knighton, Kingsteignton, Kingskerswell, Widdicombe, Ipplepen, and Abbotskerswell.
