Chanda Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Part-Time Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and Home Care Professionals across Western Massachusetts to provide in-home support and companionship.

You will deliver personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living tasks in clients' homes, with paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement within a locally owned, nurse-led team. Competitive pay and benefits enhance this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to client assignments.
• Working phone for communications.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month.
• Willingness to complete required orientation and training.
• Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Willingness to complete background and reference checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: help with walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Companionship: provide conversation, encouragement, and support.
• Daily Living Support: help with meals, light housekeeping, and routines.
• Dementia Care: support clients with memory challenges.
• End-of-Life Care: provide compassionate comfort and dignity.
• Care Documentation: follow care plans and communicate with the care team.

What You'll Do as a Part-Time Caregiver

Make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
