• Five years of full-time satisfactory painting experience within last fifteen years.
• Alternative: at least three years and sufficient apprentice experience totaling five years.

Responsibilities

• Paint inside and outside surfaces with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Prepare, prime, fill, and patch surfaces; skim walls and tape joints; apply plaster as needed.
• Set up and breakdown containment and perform environmental hazard remediation related to painting tasks.
• Maintain tools and materials and keep work records; may hang wallpaper; operate a vehicle if required.
