Job summary

BFO Management seeks a reliable Painter / Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in painting and drywall repair, along with general maintenance skills to assist with upkeep of our commercial properties.

Responsibilities include interior/exterior painting, drywall repairs, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, as well as pressure washing and site cleanup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in painting and drywall repair is required.
• Basic working knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and Pressure Washing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to assigned properties and job sites.
• Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
