PBMSquared LLC is seeking an Experienced Painter for residential projects in Seattle. The contractor has 30+ years of local experience and specializes in high-end coatings, delivering dependable workmanship and clear communication with clients.

Job description

Experienced Painter: Brushing and Rolling, must have at least 3 years of experience applying high end coatings with exceptional dependability and communication skills.

We are a 30+ year locally-owned Residential Painting Contractor.

Skills Wanted:

Brushing and Rolling, must have at least 2 years of experience applying high-end coatings
Prep for painting- trim, siding, wall, filling, caulking, and sanding
Introductory skill using airless and HVLP equipment
Participate in job site preparation
Daily updates with mobile apps

Daily site clean-up-ensuring no paint is on ground surfaces, garbage is removed and bagged up, all tools are cleaned and stored

Requirements:

On time
Have a reliable source of transportation, drivers license and insurance
Clean Driving record
Have experience working in latex and oil paints in a residential environment

Be knowledgeable on proper techniques for each application-primer, texture, paint, stain, and enamel
Be comfortable with working on ladders up to 40’
Experience in Managing Customers

Compensation and other information:

$25- $30 per hour to start
