We are seeking an experienced Painter. Painters are essential to our mission to beautify communities. They arrive at the job site with the Manager, prepare the work area, and work under the Manager's direction until the day's work is complete. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and meets the needs of the business, employees, and customers. Responsibilities

• Execute on-site job requirements.
• Select the best solutions for each application considering safety, functionality, and performance, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Answer customer questions to the best of your ability.
• Clean up the job site after each job.
• Pull inventory as needed to complete jobs.
• Maintain the vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or other means as necessary.
• Mix and match paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and properties, and caulk or patch holes and cracks.
• Paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other applicators. Prepare walls and hang wall coverings if needed.
• Determine and identify proper materials and quantities for projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and present work orders to customers.

Requirements

• Previous painting experience.
• Knowledge of principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in residential and commercial painting.
• Ability to learn and teach new processes.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and the public.
