About The Role

At Emergency Veterinary Care Centers, we seek a skilled ER Veterinary Technician/Assistant with advanced medical knowledge. Responsibilities include:

• Caring for and monitoring high-risk patients, supporting CPR, ventilation, and emergency drug administration.
• Administering advanced anesthetic/analgesic procedures like arterial lines and jugular catheters.
• Identifying abnormalities in vitals independently.
• Training team members in systemic diseases and stabilization of critical patients.
• Managing all aspects of surgery, from prep to sterility, and monitoring sedative/anesthetic procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in ER veterinary medicine is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the veterinary field.
