Job summary

Ebling's is seeking an experienced technician to diagnose and repair small engines, including lawnmowers and commercial equipment. You will diagnose EFI and hydraulic systems, perform maintenance, and provide clear estimates. Strong teamwork and reliable, safety‑minded performance are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years working with outdoor power equipment in a repair/service capacity.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reading service manuals, schematics, and parts diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot engines and fuel systems, including EFI & OEM software.
• Repair and maintain commercial lawn equipment and small engines.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper engine function.
• Provide clear labor and parts estimates and communicate with the shop manager.
• Keep equipment clean and maintain tools and workspace.
