Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the optical field.
• Familiarity with vision plans (VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, Davis Vision).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Availability to work full time including Saturdays.
• Willingness to contribute to office efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium quality glasses and contact lenses.
• Fit, adjust, and dispense glasses.
• Be familiar with optical inventory to make appropriate selections.
• Learn to edge lenses with in-house optical equipment.
• Answer phones to schedule patients and handle inquiries.
• Verify insurances and interpret benefits from many plans.
• Be adaptable in various situations and support growth.
