Genesis Logistics is hiring an Experienced Nighttime Class B Delivery Driver in Auburn, WA. Benefits include a $7,500 Retention Bonus*, home daily, steady work, competitive wages, and weekend/holiday work with 2 consecutive weekdays off. The shift starts at 4:00 - 6:00 AM.

Job Description: We are seeking a CDL Straight Truck Driver to operate refrigerated trucks, delivering perishable foods to a major convenience store chain. This role involves touch freight delivery—no sales, staging, or merchandising. The operation covers a 7-day schedule, with a 5-day workweek and 2 days off together. Drivers earn daily pay based on route assignment, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and first-class equipment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL Straight Truck driving experience or 6 months with a completion certificate from an accredited driving school.
2. Valid Class B operator's license.
3. Be at least 21 years old.
4. Safe driving record.
5. Open availability for holidays and weekends.
6. Ability to deliver up to 15-20 stops per shift, including product counting, loading/unloading, and using hand trucks or lift gates.
