Experienced New York Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Subin Associates, LLP, one of the premier personal injury litigation firms in New York City, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. You will be a member of one of our litigation teams, working under the supervision of a senior attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of a wide range of legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, etc.)
• Review case files to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Communicate with clients
• Record and manage client information in our case management system
• Assist in preparing case files for settlement and trial

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a New York personal injury litigation firm (this is a mandatory requirement)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to deadlines and detail-oriented
• Ability to speak and read Spanish is a significant advantage
