Job Description:

Golden Movers is hiring experienced movers and drivers to join our fast-paced, growing team. As a front-line representative of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, stress-free moves to our clients with care, speed, and professionalism.

Whether you're looking for seasonal work or a long-term opportunity, this is a rewarding role where your hard work is noticed—and compensated.

• Movers: $16–$20/hr based on experience and performance
• Box Truck Drivers: $20–$24/hr based on experience
• CDL Drivers with Moving Experience: Higher pay scale available
• Most experienced movers start at $18/hr, with top performers earning up to $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and unload residential and commercial items with care
• Wrap, pad, and protect furniture and valuables
• Drive company box trucks (Drivers only) using GPS and safe route navigation
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and teammates
• Complete jobs on time and maintain a clean and organized truck
• Represent Golden Movers with a positive and energetic attitude

Qualifications:

• Prior professional moving experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required for all positions, including movers)
• CDL is a plus and qualifies for higher pay
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and customer service skills
• Dependable, on-time, and willing to work in a physically active environment
