Position Summary:

Our licensed Loan Officers receive accounts, Realtor referrals, and leads through advanced AI technology and marketing channels. They operate in a direct sales environment, engaging with clients nationwide, building relationships, analyzing financial situations, and selecting the best products to meet their needs in a dynamic, high-call volume setting. While we support Loan Officers by building their database of Realtors and organizing their portfolios, we also expect them to proactively generate their own business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Follow our playbooks and weekly schedules (Proprietary to our company)
  2. Determine the best product for the client, lock the loan at the point of sale, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package.
  3. Collaborate with several administrators and a designated underwriter to oversee work.
  4. Focus on new loan originations while processors work on the loan.
  5. Ensure 14-day close requirements and stipulations are met.
  6. Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types.

Requirements:

  1. Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  2. Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
  3. If newly licensed, a minimum of five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo a month of training.
  4. Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  5. Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.
  6. Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.
  7. Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
  8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Selection Process:

  1. Phone conversation with our Recruiter
  2. Assessment
  3. Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff
  4. Final interview with the CEO

Training:

Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Closed Sundays and Holidays

Supplemental Pay:

W-2 only. Base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position.
