Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of machinery, including motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and execute corrective actions to restore operational conditions.
• Follow lockout procedures, plant safety rules, and maintain clean work environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of mechanical experience in a sawmill or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and metalworking.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds routinely.
• Self‑motivated, strong work ethic, flexible schedule.
