This will make you grow:

• You will work on projects independently, from the initial design idea to the creation of the production documents.
• You will design machines, assemblies and components using modern 3D CAD systems and develop cost-effective, practical solutions.
• You will analyze functional requirements, evaluate technical feasibility and assume technical responsibility for your projects.
• You will document and present your development results both internally and to customers and project stakeholders.
• You will coordinate tasks within the project, align goals with stakeholders, and ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Depending on the scope of the project, you will work as part of a team or take full responsibility for entire work packages.
• You will coordinate task allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization with the team and continuously refine standards and design processes.

This will move us forward:

• You hold a technical degree (Bachelor´s, Master´s), are a state‑certified technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in mechanical design and independently managing technical projects.
• You are proficient in using 3D CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks.
• You take responsibility, think in a solution‑oriented manner and are passionate about development technical solutions.
• You are comfortable working with standard MS Office applications.
