Studio Overview

At Serasana St. Johns, our name says it all—Serasana means “To Be Healthy.” Our mission is to create a community of hope and healing.

We are a Wellness Studio dedicated to blending ancient practices to help clients manage stress and pain. Our offerings include acupuncture, yoga, massage, infrared sauna, healing teas, and natural remedies.

Located at 70 Silver Forest Drive, Suite 109, St. Augustine, FL 32092, (at SilverLeaf) our studio provides a welcoming environment with six serene treatment rooms, including a dedicated space for couples’ massages. A thoughtfully curated tea bar and retail selection enhance the wellness experience for our clients.

We are currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)—both full-time and part-time—to join our passionate and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and promote the Serasana model of health and wellness, collaborating with team members to maximize the client experience.
• Deliver high-quality massages ranging from 50 to 80 minutes for scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
• Consult with clients about their needs, medical history, and wellness goals, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Guide clients through our diverse range of wellness services.
• Recommend customized treatment plans, incorporating complementary practices such as yoga, acupuncture, meditation, teas, and remedies.
• Document detailed client histories, including injuries and chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes for each session using our software system.
• Provide tailored care, addressing specific complaints or problem areas during sessions.
• Offer a Wellness Prescription after each session to support the client’s ongoing health journey.
• Ensure cleanliness by caring for linens, sanitizing therapy rooms, and maintaining equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional training sessions.
• Report directly to the Owner/Manager who is also an LMT.

• Current Florida Massage Therapy License
• Current Professional Liability Insurance
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending at the waist.
• Capability to assist clients with disabilities.
• Commitment to a tobacco-free lifestyle.
• Ability to report to work in a condition free of adverse effects from drugs or alcohol.
