The Role

Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Product Creation

  • Create product designs using Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva
  • Prepare and format files for LightBurn, supporting efficient and accurate laser production
  • Collaborate with the owner to refine existing products and generate new product ideas
  • Monitor competitor design trends and provide insights on visual aesthetics and market opportunities

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and manage a weekly content calendar with 3–5 social media posts per week
  • Promote products via Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, using engaging visuals and captions
  • Research and initiate influencer collaborations and cross-promotions
  • Track marketing performance (e.g., post engagement, follower growth, conversions) and iterate based on results
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Operations & Admin

  • Track orders, manage customer communication, and monitor inventory levels
  • Coordinate production timelines with the team and ensure shipping deadlines are met
  • Organize weekly progress reports and key metrics (sales, post performance, customer feedback)
  • Maintain a content calendar and operational checklist

Ideal Profile

Key Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva
  • Experience with LightBurn (or willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, specifically for e-commerce businesses
  • A background in graphic design (required)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a creative mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience with Shopify or Etsy platforms is a plus
