Position: Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $14,400.00/yr - $18,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Product Creation: Create designs using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, prepare files for LightBurn, collaborate on product ideas, monitor design trends.
• Digital Marketing & Branding: Manage social media content, promote products, collaborate with influencers, track marketing performance, maintain brand consistency.
• Operations & Admin: Manage orders, customer communication, inventory, coordinate production, organize reports and operational checklists.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Experience or willingness to learn LightBurn
• Knowledge of social media marketing for e-commerce
• Background in graphic design
• Organized, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated
• Experience with Shopify or Etsy is a plus
