Job summary

HPUMC in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building, facilities, and grounds upkeep across Mockingbird, Tolleson, Grove, and Wesley House campuses. The role is full-time with a 40-hour week and occasional overtime for emergencies.

Under supervision of the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVACR, and safety repairs, maintain logs, coordinate with vendors, and support special projects in a faith-centered environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience including carpentry, plumbing, HVACR and electrical troubleshooting.
• Safety-conscious with thorough knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Reliable, proactive with good people, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with energy management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry and painting tasks; repairs floors, walls, roofs, and fixtures.
• Maintain logs, open/close campuses, service alarms, and assist in special projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotes, and arrange for service as directed.
• Support site operations across Grove and Tolleson campuses and ensure safety standards.
