Heritage Hill Property Management in Moraine, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our newly acquired apartment community. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across units and common areas, with HVAC experience preferred to support year-round comfort.

You will join a dynamic team, performing preventive upkeep, responding to service requests, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.

• Perform hands-on maintenance for apartment community properties.
• Address maintenance requests and perform preventive maintenance.
