Job summary

Heritage Hill Capital Partners in Dayton, OH, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our newly acquired apartment community. This full-time role demands hands-on maintenance and strong attention to safety and tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience preferred, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. You may be required to assist after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or property management.
• HVAC expertise is preferred.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartment common areas and units.
• Respond to maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Assist with safety inspections and basic repairs.
