Job summary

Broadway USA Inc. in West Berlin, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Machinist, Mold Maker, or Tool Maker for a full-time, first-shift role. Join a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Machinist, Mold Maker, Tool Maker, or similar precision manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and precision measurement.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience working to close tolerances with attention to detail.
• Mold-making experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Mastercam or UG (Siemens NX) software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret CAD drawings/ 2D drawings, engineering drawings, and shop work orders.
• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC milling machines, surface grinders, lathes, and other precision machine tools.
• Build, repair, modify, and maintain molds, tooling, fixtures, and precision components.
• Machine parts to close tolerances while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend process improvements.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering and production teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
