Job summary

Orafol Americas Inc. is seeking a Receiving/Materials Handler to inspect, store, and move raw materials. You will transport materials, scan delivery notes, and maintain accurate inventory records in BE and intranet systems.

Responsibilities include labeling, cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage and organization of material stock, with attention to detail and safety adherence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; excellent verbal and written skills.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming raw materials for quality and accuracy (QC).
• Transport all received raw materials to designated areas.
• Record discrepancies found in inventory systems.
• Assist data entry for incoming materials into BE (backend system).
• Scan delivery notes into intranet and attach labels as needed.
• Perform daily inspections as required by department SOPs.
• Generate and attach material ID barcode labels as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts of raw materials and inventory transactions.
