Job summary

Filtration Group’s Zinga Industries division is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in Wisconsin. The role covers setup and operation of trim presses, CNC work, drilling and tapping, and parts washing.

You will be cross-trained to troubleshoot and train junior operators, ensuring quality parts and safe production processes. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years related experience, and ability to read, write, count, and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write and count.
• Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform machining operations as assigned by team lead or supervisor.
• Set up and operate trim presses, port and stem machines, vibratory machines, drill and tap fixturing.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in all tasks.
• Keep work area clean and organized and maintain tools.
