TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Brambleton, Sterling and Leesburg. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support and transportation in clients' homes.

We offer top pay rates from $17 to $21 per hour, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, weekly pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k). Caribou Rewards and mileage reimbursement are available. Training is provided to help you grow with a white-glove service for aging adults.

Formación

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, PCA, or NA certification.
• Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 personal care including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement and activities.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
