Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Chantilly, VA and surrounding areas to provide personal care, companionship, mobility support and transportation. Earn $17–$21 per hour with flexible day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts. Full-time and part-time roles available with ongoing training and support.

We offer weekly pay (PayActiv option), mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan with employer match, plus referral bonuses and 24/7 caregiver support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, PCA or NA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry and organizing.
