Job summary

TheKey, LLC is hiring Caregivers to join our in-home care team. Earn top live-in pay rates of $225.00-$250.00 per day, with higher pay for more extensive care, while helping seniors maintain independence at home.

We offer flexible schedules, full-time and part-time roles, weekly pay with optional daily pay, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience in home care, group homes, or senior communities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as dressing, bathing, transfers, grooming and meals assistance.
• Light housekeeping including cleaning, laundry and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Companionship through activities for social and emotional support.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
