Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Allen, TX to provide in-home care to aging adults. Roles include personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship with 1:1 client support.

Earn competitive pay starting at $15.50–$17.00 per hour, with flexible schedules, weekly Pay and optional Daily Pay through PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (excludes family, friends or neighbors).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
