This full-time, on-site Experienced Litigation Paralegal role is based in Henrico, VA. The paralegal will support attorneys in personal injury litigation, including preparing and organizing legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating discovery. Daily responsibilities include drafting pleadings and discovery responses, conducting legal research, reviewing records and documents, and assisting with trial preparation such as exhibits, witness lists, and evidence summaries. The role also involves communicating with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and court personnel, scheduling depositions and hearings, and tracking deadlines to ensure cases move efficiently through the litigation process.
