Job Title: Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This is a remote position based primarily in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning, probate law, and civil litigation, with responsibilities including:

1. Representing clients in contested probate and trust cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts.
2. Handling civil litigation matters.
3. Analyzing, preparing, and presenting cases in probate court, including trial preparation and client advocacy.
4. Conducting legal research on probate, trust, and estate law, and staying current on legal developments.
5. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests.
6. Providing guidance to clients on their rights, options, and dispute resolution strategies.
7. Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage caseloads effectively.
8. Managing complex estate and trust litigation from inception to resolution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in [State].
