You will handle matters from intake to trial, maintain client communication, and collaborate with firm leadership to uphold case standards and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• JD required; active Oregon license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong advocacy, writing and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Work within established litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
