Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
2. Inspect models and available “market ready” units, and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
3. Maintain Fair Housing knowledge.
4. Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move in on the agreed date.
5. Represent the company professionally at all times.
6. Support and contribute to the community team.
7. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
