Best Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC in Wentzville, MO is seeking an experienced lawn-care technician. The role involves applying fertilizers and lawn-care products, completing routes, and addressing turf concerns with customers. You will document treatments and maintain equipment, working with a safety-first mindset.

The position operates on a roughly 6:30 a.m. start, four longer but weather-dependent days, with occasional overtime and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience with lawn fertilization, weed control, pesticide application, landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor route-service.
• Missouri Category 3 license preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and accept coaching.

Full-Time | $19–$24 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and bonuses

Best Lawn Care is a local, family-owned company serving our community since 2002. We are hiring an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, dependable attendance and excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control and other lawn-care products safely and accurately


• Complete assigned routes efficiently


• Identify common turf, weed, insect and watering concerns


• Communicate professionally with customers


• Document applications and property conditions


• Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment


• Follow all product labels, safety procedures and company standards

What to Expect

• Start time is generally around 6:30 a.m.


• Our normal schedule is four longer workdays, but it is weather-dependent


• A Friday w/ some Saturdays and overtime may be required during busy seasons or after weather delays


• Outdoor work in heat, cold, wind and light rain


• Extended walking and regularly lifting or carrying equipment and products


• Most work is completed independently

Qualifications

• Previous lawn fertilization, weed control, pesticide application, landscaping, irrigation, agriculture or outdoor route-service experience
