Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns.
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care.
Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions.
Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently.
Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships.
Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too).
Work outside in the fresh air — 8 to 10 hours a day — because you love what you do.
Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:
1-2 years of hands-on lawn care or landscaping experience — transferable skills are welcome.
Pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain — we’ll help if needed!).
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
