The role requires setting up, programming, and operating CNC laser equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining equipment, with a commitment to continuous improvement. You will join a team that values accountability and hands-on problem solving in a retail-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Prefer 2-year technical or business degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience operating laser cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC laser equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Inspect parts and document accuracy to meet all required criteria
• Perform routine equipment maintenance as recommended
• Support production needs across departments as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follows all safety and workplace policies
• Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
