Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled landscape construction tasks
• Operate hand and power tools for landscape and irrigation duties
• Install and maintain sod, sprinkler heads, catch basins, and tree stakes
• Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers, and water vegetation
• Perform rough and final grading, and maintain tools and equipment for safety
• Participate in safety meetings and role model PPE usage
• Work efficiently in a group and communicate effectively with the Crew Leader and co-workers
• Provide excellent service to clients, work-site partners, and company staff
• Perform winter services such as snow clearing, plowing, shoveling, and salting as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• Ability to use hand and power tools for landscape and irrigation tasks
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Experience working in a group and communicating effectively with team members
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from the Crew Leader
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, if applicable
• Pass a background check and driving record check, if applicable
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
