Job summary

Iconic Construction LLC in Fenton, MO is seeking an Experienced Bath and Kitchen Designer to translate client ideas into functional, code-compliant plans. You'll collaborate with clients, project managers, vendors and trades to deliver high-quality remodeling designs and accurate documentation.

You will use Revit and 2020 Design Live to create floor plans, elevations, and renderings, assist with selecting cabinetry and fixtures, and ensure orders are correctly documented and measurements

Qualifications

Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and/or residential remodeling designs.
Proficiency in Revit and/or 2020 Design Live.
Working knowledge of detailing and general construction methods.
Sharp attention to detail.
Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers, project managers, vendors and trade teams to create and execute designs.
Develop floor plans, elevations and renderings that meet codes and regulations.
Assist client in selecting cabinetry, fixtures and finishes within budget.
Prepare accurate order documentation and verify measurements before submission.
Collaborate to keep clients satisfied and projects on track.
