Kiba Studios in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to work directly with clients, design custom spaces, and coordinate with installers. You will use 2020 Design to craft layouts, prepare quotes, and manage product orders while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, attention to detail, and ongoing professional growth in a design-focused studio environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of kitchen and bath design experience with project management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020 Design software to design and quote projects.
Degree in Interior Design preferred, but not required; industry certifications are a plus.
Portfolio submission demonstrating design capabilities with 2020 Design.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand needs, preferences and goals.
Design custom kitchens and bathrooms reflecting vision and budget.
Create layouts, specifications, and pricing using multiple cabinet lines in 2020 Design.
Prepare quotations, manage ordering and tracking of products.
Maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycle.
Process sales transactions and support Sales Associates.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and installers.
Organize project documentation and price displays.
