We're looking for a proactive and experienced electrician who thrives in dynamic environments. This isn't just about filling an immediate need; it's about partnering with dedicated professionals eager to tackle complex electrical installations on a prominent new build.

What We're Looking For:

• Seasoned Leadership: Comfort in leading a crew of 5 apprentices, providing guidance, oversight, and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and efficiently, take direction from the superintendent, and execute tasks with precision.
• High-Rise Expertise: Experience working within elevator shafts on high-rise construction sites.
• Installation & Termination Mastery: Proficiency in pulling wire and bending conduit, and installing bus feeders, transformer terminations, and motor terminations.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Reliability & Safety-Consciousness: Dependable electricians who prioritize safety and contribute to a high-performing team.

Site Details & Compensation:

• Site Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week, overtime as needed)
• Pay Rate: $40 - $42 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Location: Austin, Texas
