Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc. seeks an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy across Florida.

You will deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care for adults and chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions. Responsibilities include administering IVIG and other medications, inserting and managing peripheral IVs, performing blood draws, educating patients on self-administration and infusion safety, and documenting nursing interventions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• At least 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Vehicle with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other infusions in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Educate patients on self-administration and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate IVIG Infusion RN to provide high-quality, in-home infusion therapy services. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while supporting patients with chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialty medications in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on self-administration, medication management, and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in FL.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in infusion therapy, including IVIG administration.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, central line management, and infusion protocols.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
