Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to deliver high-quality, in-home infusion therapy with safety and compassion. You will administer IVIG and other therapies, while supporting patients with chronic conditions requiring specialty infusions.

The role emphasizes patient education, coordination with the care team, and meticulous documentation. A CA RN license, at least 1 year of infusion experience, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience including IVIG.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and central line management.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other medications in patients' homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on self-administration, medication management, and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
