EZARC is seeking a highly skilled Ironworker to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience reading steel drawings, fabricating metal components, and directing hoisting operations with clear hand signals or radio communication. Qualifications

• Must be willing to relocate to Utah.
• 4+ years of experience as an Ironworker.
• Experience with tight deadlines and strict safety requirements.
• Ability to operate a telescopic forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift.
• Ability to weld 3G and 4G with different welding applications.
• OSHA/MSHA or other safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret steel erection and shop drawings.
• Create layouts on concrete and materials to be fabricated; confirm layouts.
• Shakeout steel in erection sequence per drawings.
• Determine rigging slings and hardware according to load weight.
• Establish communication with crane operator and crew using signals.
• Perform welding and fabrication to meet blueprint requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of safety culture and lead by example.
• Signal or direct workers to ensure safety during hoisting and moving loads.
