EXL is hiring an Inbound Customer Care Rep in Hartford, CT for an onsite role. The position requires handling shareholder inbound calls, processing account transactions, and guiding clients through transfer agency procedures while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Location: Onsite, Hartford, CT
Shifts: 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday with shifts varying between 8AM EST - 6PM EST

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. This position requires participation in and successful completion of all required client process training. Regular and timely attendance during the training period is an essential requirement of the role. In accordance with client training requirements, an employee who misses two (2) consecutive days of required process training may be removed from the training class. Removal from the training class may impact the employee’s eligibility to continue in the assigned role and may result in reassignment, redeployment, or separation from employment, as applicable. Employees are expected to promptly notify their manager and Human Resources of any absence during the training period. Any absence that may be protected by applicable law or EXL policy will be reviewed in accordance with those requirements before any employment action is taken.
October 5th through the week commencing October 26th and November 2nd through the week commencing November 16th. We would not be able to accomodate PTO during these dates.
